LINKS Foundation (formerly SiTI) has cooperated with the Piedmont Region to the preparation of the Regional Plan of Mobility and Transport (PRMT) and the related Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA).

The Regional Plan of Mobility and Transport (PRMT) is a strategic document that sets the guidelines for the development of the sector and the objectives to be achieved by 2020, 2030 and 2050.

LINKS contributed to its drafting by analysing the current state of the transport system and regional mobility, defining possible future scenarios of regional territorial development, identifying critical issues and potentials of the transport system at present and in future scenarios, identifying the objectives, strategies and future actions and finally assessing the environmental impacts of the PRMT.

In close collaboration with LINKS, the Piedmont Region has drawn up the PRMT, document approved with D.C.R. n. 256-2458 / 2018, almost 40 years after the last transport plan.
