The SHOW project (financed by the European Union within the H2020 framework, Grant Agreement no. 875530) aims to develop experiments across Europe involving the use of fleets of autonomous vehicles for public transport or logistics, in order to support the transition towards an increasingly technological, efficient and sustainable urban transport system. Turin is the only site in Italy to take part in the project.

The Turin experimentation, coordinated by the Links Foundation, involves the circulation in normal urban traffic of two autonomous vehicles in the Nizza-Millefonti neighborhood. It is a Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) collective transport service, free of charge for passengers, which can be accessed after booking via app.
