The Space and Navigation Technologies Area will participate in the 2019 edition of the International Conference on Localization and GNSS (ICL-GNSS http://www.icl-gnss.org/2019/), that will be held from June 4th to 6th in Nuremberg, Germany.
The conference has a strong focus on positioning and related technologies, and it is becoming one of the most relevant in this field in Europe: the 2013 edition was held in Turin and was co-organized by the Area and the Politecnico di Torino.
Micaela Troglia Gamba will present a paper entitled “Performance Comparison of FLL Adaptive Notch Filters to counter GNSS Jamming”, that proposes new algorithms for the detection and mitigation of the jamming interference.
Today, jamming interference is one of the most feared threats, with disruptive effects on the GNSS signal an, for this reason, it is investigated by the scientific community all over the world.
This work has been conducted in the framework of ASTRail, an H2020 project aiming at contributing to the introduction of satellite-based navigation systems to the rail domain.
