Electronic Engineering and Prototyping Lab.

The Laboratory provides competences for research, design and prototyping of telecommunications and electronics-related activities, such as:

  • electromagnetism and antennas for communication systems;
  • radiofrequency electronics and microwaves, wireless devices, integrated circuits and high frequency communications devices included;
  • microelectronics, digital and analogic microsystems included;
  • bioengineering, with a particular focus on applications that involve using radiofrequency and electronics in the biomedical field.

Number simulation is widely used in all fields and our laboratory activities use many CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools every day.

All these competences make the Laboratory an important asset in LINKS Foundation, able to support businesses that want to accelerate the applied research processes for the development of new products.
